Recently, there is a report that the latest version of DITO mobile app is been crashing or unable to open after they update to the latest version v1.2.1.

This report only from Android phones. Others who experienced this issue do some temporary solution by downloading and enabling Huawei App Gallery to their smartphones. As it may seems that the Huawei version is still outdated or something.

The fix has been done and if you still facing the issue,. you contact DITO support to help you. (I will be posting about this soon.)
